On the afternoon of December 20, 2023, Vedan Vietnam Joint Stock Company solemnly held a ceremony to award medals (KNC) to 131 employees who have worked for 20-25-30 years at the company. This is a long and precious journey that employees have been with Vedan Vietnam.
This year’s KNC award ceremony had the participation of 131 employees, including 62 employees with 20 years, 25 employees with 25 years and especially 44 employees with 30 years of seniority. As employees present from the first days of building the factory, they have spent their youth accompanying the company’s development, considering the company their second home. Within the framework of the 2023 medal award ceremony, Vedan recognized that there are 5 families of 2 generations working at the company and there are 2 couples receiving 20-25-30 year medals.
Speaking at the KNC awarding ceremony, Mr. Yang Kun Hsiang – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vedan Vietnam Company – shared: … “I really appreciate the time that the staff and employees have accompanied and devoted to the business. Vedan Vietnam’s achievements up to this point are the contributions of all employees. We have worked together for the past 30 years and we, our second generation, will continue. try our best to overcome all difficulties to build a stronger company…”
Mr. Pham Linh Son, an employee with 30 years of experience, shared: “I was very touched when I received the medal awarded by the company. Vedan Vietnam is an ideal place to work for me. The company has many good welfare policies, sociable colleagues help each other, and develop together. The Board of Directors always cares and creates conditions to help us have a stable life so that we can work with peace of mind. Currently, my two children are also working at the company with me and love Vedan as much as I do!
With the motto “Employees are the company’s most valuable asset”. Every month there are many training sessions to improve professional skills for employees, launching competitions on hygiene and safety, practicing fire prevention and fighting… Besides, the company also regularly organizes cultural and sports competitions. , rewarding children of employees who study well, organizing Children’s Day on June 1, Mid-Autumn Festival… From there, the employees’ families and the company are emotionally bonded.
