Summer has arrived, bringing with it bright sunshine and refreshing trips. As usual, May is the month of workers, the month in which the Board of Directors and the Vedan Vietnam Trade Union organize a trip to show gratitude for the tireless efforts of employees. This is considered a gift to encourage the spirit, helping everyone recharge their energy, enhance the collective spirit to continue the journey to conquer new goals in the future.
This year, the Board of Directors and the Vedan Vietnam Trade Union organized a total of 4 trips in 2 locations: Nha Trang (3 days – 2 nights) and Vung Tau (2 days – 1 night) for employees who started working at the company from 1992 to 2007 and 2020 – 2021. In total, nearly 1,300 employees participated.
Not only visiting famous places in Nha Trang such as Bai Tranh, Vinpearland, Dam market, Ninh Thuan vineyard… or May Lake of Vung Tau city… the big Vedan Vietnam family joined together in team building with the theme “Unity creates strength – Connecting to success”. Through warm-up games such as: bringing water to the village, moving forward, conquering the goal, sharing the same direction, tug of war… the team spirit was lit up, bright smiles, hearty laughter resounded on the beach, blending with the vibrant melody of music. The Gala night was carefully prepared with many special performances, many attractive gifts, especially the May birthday was really fun and surprising… contributed to making the trip more meaningful and full of unforgettable memories.
At Vedan Vietnam, in addition to focusing on business development, the company always pays special attention to the material and spiritual life of employees. Every month, Vedan has many training sessions for each group, creating favorable conditions for employees to promote their capacity and creativity to work with the best productivity. Every month, Vedan Union has activities and competitions such as flower arrangement, cooking, chess, art performances, friendly football… to contribute to improving the health and spirit of employees and fostering solidarity and cohesion between departments.
With the motto “Employees are the most valuable asset of the company”, Vedan Vietnam always complies with state regulations, builds a safe and friendly working environment, that is why the company now has more than 1,000 employees with over 20 years of experience and many families with 2 generations working at the company. Vedan Vietnam will always try to do better and better to deserve the title “Enterprise for employees”.
